An Acceptable Use Policies is a set of rules that is applied by the owner or the manager of a network. Moreover, this is a large computer system that control the ways in which the network or the system may be used. It's also an important part of the framework of information security policies and it's very important to ask new members of the organisation to sign an Acceptable Use Policies before they are given access to its information systems. The reason for this is because an Acceptable Use Policies must be brief and clear and also it must cover the most important points about what users are and are not allowed to do with the IT systems.
